Approach

Owned the roadmap and sprint execution for a 3D video simulation product across cross-functional teams, writing PRDs and prioritizing features, then shipped patient case management and automated assignment workflows.

Outcome

Supported 1,000+ consultations across 2 clinics; cut administrative time ~35% and reached ~90% staff adoption.
