Whoop Analytics Dashboard

Problem

Whoop's own app surfaces recovery, strain, and sleep as separate screens — there's no single view that connects them over time or lets you dig into your own trends.

Approach

Built a full-stack dashboard — a backend integrating the Whoop API and a Next.js frontend — visualizing recovery, strain, sleep, and HRV across up to 6 months of data, plus a recommendation engine that turns personal metrics into training/recovery suggestions. Used Claude Code as a pair-programming partner to move fast from idea to working product.

Outcome

Surfaces 34+ metrics and 5+ actionable recommendations in a single view. Research collaboration under Professor Saad Siddiqui.
